Home Watch services give you peace of mind when you spend extended time away from your home. Providing you with a visual inspection of your home. We provide an inspection by professionals looking for potential problems. Our checklist is designed based on your individual needs. If a situation should arise, you will be notified immediately to discuss and implement a course of action.

We provide care and security of your most valuable asset. We are an insured and bonded company offering a variety of home watch services inspections and home while you are away. The frequency of home checks are determined by the homeowner. Typically, clients prefer to have their homes monitored on a weekly or bi-weekly basis. We offer inspections include a walk-through of the inside and outside of your home
Interior Check List
Visual inspection: walls, ceilings, floors, looking for signs of moisture or mold.
Verify current temperature, humidity and thermostat settings.
Check/Replace smoke detector batteries (if necessary/required)
Check refrigerators and freezers are operating and maintaining temperature.
Check hot water heater and home appliances for proper operation.
Check the electrical panel for tripped breakers.
Check the garage for signs of rodents or pest intrusion.
Flush, and add bleach to all toilets in the home.

Exterior Check List
Bring delivered packages inside, and pick up flyers/debris from yard.
Inspect for erosion problems or drainage issues.
Inspect for rodent and pest damage.
Inspect exterior for vandalism.
Verify condition of lawn and landscaping to ensure routine maintenance has been performed by lawn service providers.
Inspect dock area (if applicable) for functionality or weather-related damage.
Inspect pool (if applicable) to ensure routine maintenance has been performed.
Check main water valve is in off position
Addition Services
Meet deliveries, inspect for damage and handle placement
Meet moving vans directing placement of furniture per homeowner directions
Organize unpacking of home contents
Meet with window treatment companies for installations
Meet with carpet/flooring for installations
Meet with home painter interior/exterior
Meet with satellite systems set-up, cable TV, security alarm systems, etc.
