Our Pet Care List
Visit Times: We visit at the requested times as closely as possible. Occasionally, when caring for multiple pets, times may be shifted a little to accommodate our clients.
Fences: No fence system is totally secure. We do not accept responsibility or liability for any client’s animals that escape or become lost or injured, or fatal, when instructed to leave the client’s pet in a fenced-in area. This includes any type of fence.
Our Pet Care Policy
Leashes: All dogs will be required to be on a leach during outdoor visits/walks.
Pet Waste: We properly dispose of all pet waste. We request you provide plastic bags for this purpose and indicate where to dispose the waste bags.
Vaccinations: All pets are require to have necessary vaccinations.
Home Cleanliness: We clean-up after your pets to the best of our ability
Other Dogs: We will not permit your dog to interact with strange dogs

Rates determined at time of consultation depending on number of pets, administer of medicine and distance
Payment is due prior to the first visit, or at the first visit. There is a $50. fee for all returned checks.
Pet Care with other scheduled services
If individuals are entering/exiting your home, we cannot be held liable for damages/problems that may arise. Please inform us who may have access to your home when you are away. This includes cleaning services, pest control, repair persons, friends, family, landlords. This may effect your pets routine or comfort level.
ANIMAL BEHAVIOR: can be unpredictable. We do not accept responsibility/liability for animal behavior, which results in injury to the client’s animals or a Koncierge member. rmem
Privacy Policies
Privacy: Information is kept confidential. We recommend you inform a trusted neighbor that while you are away, we will be caring for your pets and your home.
Emergencies: We require contact information for a trusted maintenance company or person for any household emergencies that may arise during your absence.
Thermostats: Please leave your air conditioner setting within a comfortable range (77 to 80). It may need to be adjusted in your absence to ensure the health and comfort of your pet
Changes
Cancellations: 4-day notice prior to the date of the first visit, except for severe weather, or an emergency. Failure to provide notice will result in a $25 fee.
Last Minute Changes: We schedule to service you and other clients. There are no refunds/credits for early returns or last-minute changes. Once care begins, payment due is for the original schedule.
Cancellation Mid-Day Care: 48-hour notice required prior to next scheduled visit. Otherwise, payment is due for the time originally agreed.
